Mulled Wine

Serves 4-6

1 bottle Clos du Bois Pinot Noir
1/4 cup Brandy
3 cups Apple Cider
1/4 cup Honey
6 Cinnamon sticks
2 tsp Cloves
1 tbsp Nutmeg
3 tbsp Vanilla
1 Orange; sliced as garnish
Star Anise as garnish

In a large pot on low-medium heat, bring the wine, brandy, apple cider, and honey to a low boil. Once the mixture begins to boil, drop the heat to low and allow to simmer for 20 - 25 minutes. Carefully serve in glassware with a handle as mixture will be hot. Garnish with an orange slice and star anise. Cheers!
