Ingredients: 1 cup honey 1 thin baguette cut on a bias into thin slices 4 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 lb. Brie, sliced 2 large pears Juice of 1 lemon 1 cup chopped pistachios
Directions:
Preheat oven 400°F
Place baguette slices on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil
Bake until beginning to brown, 4-6 minutes
Core and thinly slice the pear, squeeze lemon juice over and mix
Place Brie on baguette slices, return to oven 1 min to soften
Top with pears, drizzle with honey, top with nuts, and enjoy with a glass of Clos Chardonnay
