Chicken Pita Pockets

Makes: 4 Pita Pockets

1 lb. Grilled Chicken, sliced
1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
4 Pita Pockets, warmed
1 cup Shredded Romaine Lettuce
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
Salt, Pepper and Cilantro to taste
Aioli to taste

Spread aioli across the inside of the pita pocket. Layer sliced grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion and feta cheese into warmed pita pocket. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with cilantro and serve with a glass of Clos du Bois Pinot Grigio!
