Citrus Avocado Salad


4 oranges (mix of blood oranges, mandarins, and Cara Cara)
2 grapefruits
2 avocados
1 bunch cilantro leaves
1 green onion
2 juiced limes
4 tbsp. olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Peel and cut the oranges and grapefruits into thin slices, removing any seeds
  2. Cut the avocado into wedges and arrange neatly into a bowl with the citrus
  3. Finely chop the green onion and cilantro for garnish
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the lime juice and olive oil with sea salt and black pepper until fully combined
  5. Serve salad with vinaigrette, enjoy with a Clos du Bois Chardonnay.
